Where can I get instructions on how to adjust the settings?
The door does not close fully down to floor level. Remains 60mm open

    Press set and hold,it wil show Op for open or Cl for close…press close until it seals nicely on the ground or floor.press set again and it will reference the limits itself.once you satisfied press set…all good

      Hi. I have Digidoor 1. Have set the limits as per procedure. Afterwards when I open the door it does not want to close agian. Any ideas

    Jerry I also triedI wanna connect a receiver so any remote can work…not to user friendly.if I figure,,let you know.Ciao

I got a Digital garage door motor. I already replaced the battery. However the signal from the remote is bad. Previously it worked well but currently I need to be close before the remote open the door. I also replaced the remote setting. Is it perhaps a setting on the motor or what can the problem be.

I have a remote control One Digi garage door. It has been working well for about year.

As from yersterday whn I try to open with with a remote control it fails to operate and shows Lc on the digital display.

How do I solve this problem?

    I have the same issue with my garage door when I use the remote to open it shows LC . Pls help if you did find a solution to this problem

I had power off on garage door motor. Now not working but cliks if remote is pressed

Good Day

When a DiGi one Garage Motor displays H on the the screen what is the issue and how do you reset it . The motor is not responding . I would really appreciate the the help and feedback.

I have got digi o e PC board replaced and the motor does not turn enough to can close or open the garage

DIgi one garage motor stopped detecting the remote. What could be the problem? I reprogrammed the remotes, but still none of the remotes is detected.

Hi did you manage to resolve . Today my remotes also stopped. Is it perhaps the motor receiver that has gone bust due to loadshedding

battery went flat, replace battery and it lasted for 3 days?does the charge cut have a fuse. Fuse in red line to battery is good?

When long press on the unit and hold the CODE button for 8 seconds.
‘dL’ is displayed, does the codes on the unit remains and only erases the codes on the remotes of the One Digi 1000N
